pHRism is an HR and payroll systems consultancy. We help businesses select, implement, migrate, customise and get ongoing value from their HR and payroll technology, working across the full lifecycle rather than a single project.
pHRism works across 15+ HR and payroll platforms, including ADP, HiBob, Rippling, Sage People, Oracle and others. Our advice is shaped by your requirements, not limited to a fixed partner list.
No, with one exception we are upfront about: pHRism is an official partner of Rippling. Beyond that, our consulting and selection work is independent, based on your specific requirements rather than a referral relationship.
HR Systems covers the technology behind people management, from selection through to data analytics. Payroll Systems covers payroll technology specifically, including statutory compliance, tax and pension configuration. Many clients work with us across both.
No. We work with organisations of different sizes, from businesses selecting their first HR system to large, multi-entity organisations running complex, multi-country payroll.
Both. Every service, from implementation to customisation, includes an ongoing support option, so you are not left without help once a project formally closes.

Both. Where an off-the-shelf HR or payroll system meets your needs, we configure and implement it. Where it does not, our Custom Interface Development team builds bespoke applications, primarily on Salesforce, including solutions that unify HR, payroll and financial systems into one interface.
