The Challenge

HR announcements were being shared through manual methods that did not scale across countries, offices, and teams.

How We Did it?

Our Solution

We built a configurable HR Noticeboard on Salesforce with granular visibility rules and automated publishing. HR can define the audience using organisation and location-based targeting, with additional controls to include or exclude specific users when needed.

Notices are standardised with consistent fields (subject, body, submitted by) and governed by start and end date/time. Scheduling ensures notices appear and expire automatically, reducing manual follow-up and improving compliance with time-sensitive communications.

Visibility is enforced using Apex-based sharing logic to apply dynamic, user-level access. A modern, responsive interface was delivered using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, ensuring fast access and clear presentation for employees.
