SDWorx was previously faced with many challenges which included a significant increase in cost in terms of the company’s ongoing expansion into new territories, lack of agility due to changing environments and the ongoing pandemic, shortfall of HR insights for business decisions which is a must for long term success, meeting legal compliance and data integrity regulations with different set-ups in multiple territories which leads to data errors and discrepancies, enhancing the employee experience, changing and growing requirements placed on HR, uniting a culturally diverse workforce and keeping up with technology and innovations.

SDWorx HRTransformers was facing challenges in delivering the CHR product within the timeline of their annual releases. Following all the challenges faced by the company as a global HR system, SDWorx explored the market to find a new HR Outsourcing partner. After an exhaustive search, SDWorx chose pHRism as the best HR solutions provider to meet their needs to deliver high-end customer service.

The PHRism team collaborated with the SDWorx HRTransformers team to clear all the backlogs, and to enhance two or more releases annually by rectifying the ongoing challenges one by one. Since the SDWorx had its own framework, we faced challenges in understanding the existing framework and its own custom processes. There were many dependencies in the project because of different squads working on the central HR.
